Patients diagnosed with cancer or a physical medical condition that chronically produces symptoms of seizures or severe and persistent muscle spasms MS, Parkinson’s, PTSD, HIV/AIDs, Crohn’s Disease, and other, long-term conditions like glaucoma, migraines, nerve pain, Neuropathy, ADHD, Anxiety, insomnia, nausea/vomiting, low appetite or Chronic Pain are primary candidates for medical marijuana for pain management and are eligible to receive an order for medical .In addition the Florida law states that ANY medical condition that the medical marijuana doctor thinks will benefit from the use of medical may be used as criteria for obtaining a medical marijuana card in Florida. Mostly medical conditions that may require pain medication are considered.

The Department of Health says it is approving electronic applications in 17 days, but some patients say it is faster. Once your Identification Card application has been approved, you will receive a temporary identification via email to be used to fill your order until your physical card arrives.
Once you are approved by the state you can get your order from a certified medical dispensary (such as Knox Medical, Trulieve, Suterra, or another state-certified Medical Treatment Center). HOW LONG IS MY CARD GOOD FOR
To maintain an active Medical M Use Registry identification card, a patient and/or caregiver must annually submit a renewal application, along with the application fee and any required accompanying documents to the department forty-five (45) days prior to the card expiration date. Identification cards expire one year after the date of approval. The expiration date of the identification card is printed on the front of the card. Patients and caregivers may renew their identification card via paper or electronic application.
